Going Greener...

Going Greener. Talent Search students participating in the summer program "Cycle to Freedom along the Underground Railroad," got a hands-on lesson in bio fuel production at Blueridge Bio-fuels. Deisel from cooking oil... and into the Cool Bus.
Another "green" project is CJ's Bamboo bike. Constructed from bamboo cut right off the Tuckaseegee River in Cullowhee, this bike proved more than worthy on our 300 plus mile tour. Check out CJ's bike. It's stronger than carbon and lighter than steel or maybe it's the other way around... Either way, it's a mighty nice ride and one cool senior project CJ.
